Alpine climbing
Steep faces and ridges, requiring pitched climbing and, more often than not, rock shoes. In Chamonix, options include Aiguille du Midi south face, Eperon du Cosmiques, Pointe Lachenal, Monts Rouges du Triolet. Aiguille d'Orny and many more. Or why not go on a trip to Salbitschijen (Switzerland) or Orco/south side of the Gran Paradiso massif (Italy)?

Explore the Berner Oberland
The Berner Oberland has a more remote feeling than many the other popular areas of the alps. This place is dominated by huge peaks and some of the largest glaciers in Europe. Reaching the summit of most of these giants requires considerable effort but is a true mountaineering adventure and well worth the hard work.

Challenging alpine ascents
